Arrive Kochi
Airport pickup, check in at Fort Kochi. Evening walk through the Dutch quarter and the Chinese fishing nets.

Fort Kochi at your own pace
Mattancherry, the spice markets and St Francis Church in the morning. Afternoon free — most people sleep.

Alleppey — board the houseboat
Drive south, board around noon. Lunch on the water, moor for the night in a village channel away from the main route.

Kumarakom
Disembark after breakfast. Bird sanctuary if you want it, lakeside resort if you do not.

Kochi departure
Transfer to Kochi airport. We build in three hours of buffer, because the Alleppey road is not reliable.
