A donate page with UPI, a volunteer sign-up and your programmes — from one link in your Instagram bio. Donors get a numbered receipt by email, with your 80G details when you add them.
It is the receipt you issue when the gift arrives, with your 80G registration number, the donor's PAN and the amount in words. The deduction itself is evidenced by Form 10BE, which you download from the income-tax portal after filing Form 10BD. The receipt says so.
UPI sends no confirmation back to us, so you mark a UPI gift received in your Inbox after you see it in your bank. That is when its receipt is issued. Card and Razorpay payments confirm themselves.
