Paediatric consultation — new patient
First visit for your child. Bring any previous prescriptions and the vaccination card.
Paediatric follow-up (within 7 days)
Review visit for the same illness within a week of the first consultation.
Vaccination visit
Nurse-led vaccination slot. The vaccine itself is billed separately at the counter. Bring the vaccination card.
Newborn & well-baby check
Growth, feeding and development check for babies, with weight and length charted.
General physician consultation (adults)
Consultation for adults — fever, BP, diabetes review and general complaints.
Teleconsultation
Video consultation for follow-ups and concerns that do not need an examination.

Booking online, step by step
Choose a doctor and visit type
Children’s OPD morning or evening, adult physician, skin clinic, vaccination or video call.

Only times that doctor is actually in are shown — each has their own calendar.
Confirm with a code
We send a one-time code to your email or phone so the slot is really yours.
Arrive and check in
Show your confirmation at the desk. You are seen in appointment order.
Pay at the counter
Cash, UPI or card — you get a receipt on WhatsApp.
Before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during OPD hours and get a numbered token. Booked appointments are seen at their time, so booking saves you the wait.
How do I pay?
At the counter, by cash, UPI or card. Every payment gets a numbered receipt, sent on WhatsApp too.
What should I bring for a vaccination visit?
Your child’s vaccination card or previous records, so the doctor can see what is due.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Your confirmation carries a link to move or cancel the appointment.
Is teleconsultation available?
Yes, with Dr. Sameer Khan on weekday evenings from 8 to 9 pm — for follow-ups and concerns that do not need an examination.
Can I choose which doctor I see?
Yes. Every doctor has their own booking calendar. Walk-ins are seen by whichever doctor is in.
Do you see adults too?
Yes — Dr. Arjun Menon runs the adult OPD, and Dr. Neha Varma sees adults at the skin clinic.
